How can i make a separate chat?

So i want to make something like this:

Basically a separate chat where people can’t talk to and use it for system messages, Is it possible to make something like this using the default roblox chat? And if yes it’d appreciate if you could tell me how i could make something like it.

You can just fork the chat module are create channels in there.

(Or, you can use a plugin I made on my main)
