I am a beginner in 3d modelling and I would like to know how I can make my current build look much more realistic and would appreciate any general tips. I have tried searching up a variety of speed builds and followed the system that they used but mine looks nowhere close to theirs.

It’s a good build but I would add textures to the walls and roof to give it more realistic.

Try messing around with the material of the walls/roof. Find a material scheme you like and go with it.
Alright that sounds good thanks, do you know how I can make abstract shapes for broken bricks?
You could use PBR textures or the ones given by Roblox, apart of properties, given you are not doing low poly.
Practice, if your wanting to make something realistic I would advise applying textures and adding additional details such as placing some shingles for the roof made out of parts as you will learn how to make something look realistic and better quality, making better buildings is all about practicing.
The building does lack proper details have you tried at least experimenting with colors and materials to have a more appealing and interesting design? You can advise using images of the things your creating as it will help you spot those details, and you will learn what other elements are needed to make it more better.
Using textures is a way making something realistic; I feel like small little details can be added to make it more better. If your wanting to learn how to add high quality textures to buildings you could use Textures.com to find some ones that you could use to accomplish realistic looks.
ROBLOX isn’t particularly the best platform to make realistic architecture, but if you insist on making a realistic style build try adding a background, and some lighting settings.

Lighting helps a ton with making things look how you want them to.
Color correction, sun rays, and blur are the biggest things to focus on when it comes to lighting in my opinion.
