So how can I make my hip height 2 and still not make the character float?
I’m also using skinned mesh.
What do you need this for? I’ve never used hipheight for real, just wanted to see how it works. I found that it is almost useless.

Basically, I need hip height for custom characters.
Well, try setting the height lower I guess. Then it won’t be too high.

Not really sure why you would want to use HipHeight

I need it for my skinned mesh character to be able to over parts.
I tried, making it higher it did fix my skinned mech character can over parts but my character is floating.
Try making the legs uncollidable like a humanoid and R15.
If its not possible try welding(WeldConstraint or RigidConstraint) a different part to act as a collision box like a sphere.
