@LocalWE, This is impossible as programs themselves are able to use the macOS Touchbar Roblox is the program you are a virtual world within the program.

edit: however if roblox were to create an API they could possibly (dont quote) be able to do something like it, but I doubt it.

But the touchbar changes when I do stuff. I really think that Roblox would be able to add this functionality.

Yes, they can ‘add functionality’ but as of the moment you can’t use the TouchBar.

The feature of adding touch support would almost be completely useless on Roblox’s part because most people don’t use MacBook.

Here is the thing though, Roblox doesn’t really have much mac support as-is, so yes, at this current moment this is impossible, I highly suggest posting a suggestion #feature-requests.

But I really want to use it! How can I do the HttpService solution? Im ok with having people having an app or website on their computer now.

Also, Macs are better than Windows, and they should support Macs more.

I’mma be real honest that wouldn’t work unless it was a program on the mac itself however I don’t really use mac so that might not be the case.

Over 50% of the player-base is windows, so they prioritize windows, so unfortunately there is nothing we (people who replying) can do about this issue, we simply answered your question. It is impossible at this time.

You would need to make an application that works with macOS that records TouchBar functionality. You can mess around and figure out how to do that, I can’t help you with that as I don’t work with maxOS. Plus, you can’t get the local machines IP address to access the program from outside of roblox.

So yes, impossible. Without them having another program which in game design terms is a waste of time.

Yes, and as I stated you cannot get the players IP address which would be the only way to access the program from outside of roblox. @LocalWE, please mark this as solved.

I could have players enter a code on the app or website.

This is against the ROBLOX ToS.
