How can I make Players Have Floppy Arms?

Hello! So Im trying to make a Game Cald ‘Floppy Society’ Basically like a society full of floppy individuals :coefficients:, The Issue is idk how the heck I’m supposed to make players arms floppy. Some examples that may help you understand what I’m trying to get at is like Floppy Fighters, Human Giraffe, and a few other games that players have floppy body Parts.

Maybe you could have attachments connecting the arms to the torso.
