How can I make robux with no coding or building skills?

If there’s a better category for this please tell me, I thought this one would fit best
Without premium, coding skills, or building skills, what are some ways I can make robux? Ik I could try the avatar shop, but I won’t enough robux to upload anything when the update comes out, so that’s a no until I can earn some more. I’m in the business of making ads, game icons, and group icons, but no one has hired me yet. I’m definitely not gonna do gfx or building, roblox studio and blender aren’t things I want to get into right now, maybe in a few months. Any other ideas or tips? Maybe anything else I could be hired to do?

Also, before you suggest something that requires premium, contrary to popular belief, I don’t have premium. Idk why everyone thinks I do.

GFX is your only route if you can’t do anything else. I don’t know what to say.

But to make gfx I need to use something like Blender

Honestly, you have to work from the bottom up. Start learning something. I didn’t learn coding or art by just waiting, you have to practice, try and try again. On the topic of blender, I suggest you try it, if you are concerned by your computer being able to handle it, I would still suggest to try it out. You won’t know until you see. As to answer the question directly, you could make R$ by trading limiteds, although that is not something the DevForum can really help you with.

I can’t trade without premium, and there isn’t a chance my computer would survive even a second of Blender. You’d be better of just putting it in a blender.

As @stqrrydev said, you could try trading limiteds and work your way up there. That is an option only in the case where you want JUST robux. I’m saying that because robux made off trading limiteds won’t let you DevEx robux to real life money as it’s not considered “earned” . So if you want JUST robux I guess go for that. But if you want to make money or save up or whatever via the Developer Exchange program, you have no choice but to work your way up with a skill. I suppose you are more into the artistic side of things as you said you are into making ads, game icons and group icons, so if that’s so, I’d recommend trying building out. Building can get you extremely far. Same goes for scripting. From my point of view ads, game icons and group icons aren’t as profitable as building and scripting, but you can still try. You really have to stand out at what you are doing for “ads, game icons, and group icons” otherwise people won’t hire you.

Out of curiosity, what are your computer specs? I just tried making gfx a little bit ago, and to my great surprise, my computer held up just fine. (MacBook Air 2020. It’s not even supposed to be able to run blender, and yet I’m using blender at this very moment.)

I don’t believe this sentence, Blender is not a program that requires a beefy PC, it can run in a 7 year old PC just fine. Hell, people even run it on a raspberry pi.

You don’t necessary need blender to start off anyway. Or just in general, realistic buildings and such can easily be made through Roblox Studio, and people will still hire you. Edit (nvm it’s gfx you’re talking abt)

From my point of view it honestly depends on the quality of your desired render. Cycles engine for example consumes lots of power and even my PC which is relatively good makes the fan sound like an airplane engine for a while…Even Evee engine can crash some people’s computers. But for just modelling and such to import into roblox studio I guess you don’t need to render anything anyway…

@BenMactavsin @stqrrydev Honestly, blender isn’t something I want to get in to. Same as with roblox studio.
@mostwokeperson I can’t trade, I don’t have premium. I’m not that into art, but I am good at ads. I don’t really want to do roblox studio or blender, I wanna keep it simple. Maybe I might in a few months but it’s not something I’m planning on doing right now.

The only problem with MY computer is the Graphics Card. Other than that, My MacBook Pro Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014, (graphix card) NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (memory) runs blender fine.

And to be honest, making robux cannot be the sole reason you develop. You have to have passion to do it, otherwise you are not going to be able to create good things. If you really are/want to get good at ads, I suggest to just practice. Someday you will get hired. Trust me, I had the same mindset when I uploaded my portfolio, I thought I wasn’t gonna get hired ever, and literally the next day I did. The ad on your portfolio could look better, and I think it’s made up of images off google :grimacing: Although I’m not sure, I’m just saying it can be improved as a start!

Yeah the update for clothes is gonna come out sooner or later which means its even more important to upload clothes now while its free. Clothes and games are passive ways to make robux in the sense you make them and leave it alone. Learn GFX too since that’s one of the most simple things you can do for robux on roblox thats in high demand. GFX might look complicated at first but its REALLY simple once you realize what it really is. Blender isn’t hard to run even on old machines lol you just have to download older versions and tweak some settings. I have alot of friends who make alot of robux off GFX and their pcs don’t even have a gpu in them. when I started off doing GFX I started on a old optiplex 7010 that didn’t have a gpu. Just know making robux isn’t easy since there’s so much talent out there who offer work for crazy cheap prices. Pretty much build yourself a community and get yourself out there before worrying about getting robux. Trust me doing this for robux isn’t fun lol you gotta like what your doing to make any of this worth it.

They weren’t from google :man_facepalming:. I might try building and developing in a few months, but for now I’m just trying to get some robux so I can maybe upload some clothing when the new update launches. I have some really cool t-shirt ideas that add just things like police badges and shirt pockets, and as far as I know there currently is no quality t-shirts that do things like that on the market.

You don’t get hired much from just having a portfolio if you don’t go and find jobs, I get jobs on the hidden devs discord server, I only use my portfolio to showcase my work.

In a few months I might try gfx, but I’m not planning on doing rn. Also I can’t upload stuff for free, because contrary to popular belief, I don’t have premium even though everyone here seems to think I do.

True, you have to seek out jobs sometimes. Although I would wholeheartedly recommend making a ton of showcases on your portfolio first.

Ik, I was looking for jobs on the #collaboration section, but if you could send me an invite to that server that would be helpful. I’m gonna work on my portfolio too.

To be blunt, I really don’t understand the big deal about blender. It runs on potato computers. It actually isn’t that hard to make gfx, because there are rigs that help you pose. I suggest you try it if you have some free time and see if you have some talent at it.
