You can make a normal tree into a anime tree simple.

Make a mesh for the leaves and tree trunks seperate then make the leaves a deep pink then use a texture of some stylized flowers on the leaves, thats the simplest way to do it in my opinion

If you want it to look completely anime, you can use Textures or Decals, you can also use the billboard GUI if you want it to appear where you look, if you want to make a 3D model, you can make low-poly and use the Particle Effects.

They will maintain the look if you import as .fbx
I would use Blender if I was in your spot.
Doesn’t directly answer your question but many anime games use cel shading which has sort of become an iconic art style in anime related games. Cel shading is extremely easy and doesn’t take long to learn in Blender.
