how do you think i could make this control room look good i have tried lots of things but it still looks ugly

Instead of having trusses leading up to the room, have stairs instead.

Maybe make the controls on a swtichboard or control desk-type-thing instead of panels.

I would advise you to add chairs inside and change the texture and color of walls, floor and ceiling. I also advise you to add lighting.

i will do that but i think it would benefit most if i focused on the outside since the public wont be allowed inside the control room

make it a futuristic-looking tower instead of one that looks like a roller coaster. I meant just use the general shape of the tower and take creative liberties on the decor.

i mean ill have a go at it but im a bad builder and struggle to make something that wont just look like a cube
It all depends on the genre of your game and the purpose of your control room.

its going to be a water park the room is were you can turn on and off the water and also there is lighting controls for the stage above the functioning wave pool and the room will have a owner only door or maybe admin only door
Maybe you should build a Water Park first ? Now it is difficult to focus on the control room and it is difficult to think of something to add. When the water Park is ready it will be easier to decide what to add and how to improve the control room.
Or if the Water Park is ready, can you please provide more photos ?

Ok I will send you some more photos tomorrow but this control room is basically the main part of the whole water park since it provides full control over a verity of water pumps and more I can’t send photos now but I will tomorrow
This depends on the theme your going for futuristic, modern, and more.
Since you’re building a control room, you’ll see the room mainly strive for square tiles different materials and extra space to put the equipment in, they kind of don’t feature grey looks there might be different selections around the building however all control rooms don’t feature similar materials nor same designs.
I’ll say instead of building it on your own, use reference images to get those dull details yours at the moment looks plain it seems like you don’t have theme set within the build there’s different selections you could go for materials, with colors.
If you take a look different control rooms or yours, it should feature proper details try something like that or get ideas from images or existing buildings out in the real world. Control room don’t feature colors from my understanding it’s more materials and less colors add other shapes to expand the interior and more.

Maybe try a different material for the wall. It blends in in a weird way, I don’t really like it. (Please do not be offended, this is my opinion.) But, I don’t really know what else to do for a control room so, you don’t really have to take my criticism.
