How can I make this high contrast effect

So, I’ve been playing forsaken recently and I saw that 1x1x1x1 has an interesting effect on the model, which looks like a high contrast effect

I thought it would be an inverted neon mesh, as if I remember well, inverted neon is still bright but don’t “leak” the brightness to surrounding blocks
but then I saw other skins

not only can it go around other meshes really well and have a slight shadow (look at the fur near the hands), it can also change appearance based on view angle, like actual shadows, but still high contrast, so it cannot be inverted meshes, any suggestions on how I can replicate it?

Why not using ColorCorrection ,and then increasing the saturation 10x more

it only affects the character, so idk if it’s that

discovered that parenting a light effect to a camera still causes the effect to affect the output, so a viewport frame could theorically work, but as it reacts to shadows and cant be seen from behind walls, i dont know if it’s truly that

Add a highlight to the character with these properties:

(You can also adjust the colors properly if you make filltransparency a negative value)
