How can i prevent the Chat from being disabled?

The Chat always fades away when it is not in use. So my Question is how can i always keep the Chat enabled, even if a player is not using it?

Chat window fades out when inactive and doesn’t even become visible when system message is sent to the player using SetCore. How do I just have the chat window always be visible completely faded in and stay that way?

But that’s the Legacy Chat and I’m trying to do this with the newer one.

Yes and the exact same steps apply, copy the chat scripts and modify it how you wish.

The Scripts only appear, when I’m using Legacy Chat but that’s not what i want. Because Legacy Chat is getting removed soon.
