For the reason that it is a disturbing audio, I am not upset because other measures were not taken but I would like them to remove that strike since I like to have my account as clean as possible in case of unforeseen events or that they take this into account when improving their moderation system, thank you

Unfortunately, you cannot remove moderation strikes from your account unless it is recognized by support as incorrect (which doesn’t happen very often). However, having a minor ban like this isn’t going to affect your account at all, so there’s nothing to worry about.

As someone who has gotten 10+ warnings, multiple 1-day and 3-day bans (most of them B.S. but cannot be bothered with Roblox Support) I can safely say that prior action on your account does not really affect your punishments, unless you are getting repeatedly warned/banned for the same reason.
