How can I scale this UI element and its children uniformly on all devices?

I want the UI below to look the same on all platforms.

The frame and the text labels themselves use scale, but the text does not, because using TextScaled makes it look horrible. I am trying to achieve a nice look, not just functionality.

Any ideas?
