Hello I am new to blender and I am trying to access this thing;
The video said to right click but when I do that nothing happens… Anyone got a solution?

I’m only aware of the shortcuts. Which is Ctrl + R. Then use the mouse wheel to control how many subdivisions you want.
Alternatively, there’s the subdivision subsurface modifier.
Correction: This is actually edge loops. Which can be used to subdivide manually. You can press Ctrl + E to get to the subdivide option in the edge menu. But as @GolgiToad mentioned you must be in edit mode.

You must be in edit mode and have selected something that can be subdivided, like a segment or a face.
To toggle between point segment and face, use “1”, “2” and “3”
