I’m building a mall, and I need to achieve a glassy marble like texture that shows some shine. But the built in reflectance is quite stupid as it just reflects the sky box. Any ideas?
This is kind of a stretch and it might not be for you but, duplicate the part and make it just barely bigger then the original part, after that turn the duped parts texture into the “shield” texture. It is a pretty strong effect and it might just work for you, it is kinda hit or miss. (I do not know if you can turn down the shield’s effect)

Just changes the brightness/shadows in the game slightly when I change between 0 and 1 for both settings.
SurfaceTexture? That’s how they made that new limited cap shiny and glossy after all. If not just turn the reflectance to 0.15
I don’t recall know how they work and/or if they are compatible with regular parts but it is worth a try
