How can I use IK control to turn wheels to a player head or something

how it works:

the hing (not the ball one) connects to the wheel, then there is a steer part thats the white part going out inside hinge that contains the steering motor BUT how do I use IK control to make that steering motor 6d point to player head

ok so: the white part sticking out inside hinge

then: that part contains a motor 6d for steering

so: I want to use the ikcontrol instance to point the motor6d to a part which points wheel to it too

I have already achieved this with a player head but how do I do it with wheels
