I don’t think you can change the mesh but something you can do is buy the bundle, equip it, and load your character with this plugin
Stickmasterluke make a wear bundle plugin, use it: https://create.roblox.com/marketplace/asset/1919609509/Wear-Bundle?keyword=wear+bundle&pageNumber=1&pagePosition=
If you need to only have bundle parts on certain parts, just delete the other CharacterMeshes which are named after the body part its using.
