How come my decals are only visible from certain angles in first person?

Sorry if this is the wrong category, couldn’t decide between art, game design, and building support.

Basically my cards are only visible from certain angles in first person, if look all the way to the left cards disappear but at a certain angle they re-appear.

Clipping?

There really isn’t much more to this than that, if needed I can provide the rbxm file of the cards model.

Is it the only decal on the cards?

Looking at the images, the Joker text seems to not be clipping while the images are.
Is the Joker text another decal?
If so there could be some z-fighting happening between the decals.

There are two decals on the card, the front and the back. The joker text are physical parts

Ohh alright it’s probably not decal z-fighting then.
If you don’t mind could you send the rbxm file for the cards?

This is each individual card, what the cards look like together before the extra elements (like text) are added, and an example of the player’s cards when viewed in first person.

Since the decals are on separate parts and the parts are so close to the card union itself, the decals will clip with the card union from some angles.

You could move the decal further from the union to make the clipping less likely.
Alternatively you could add the decal onto the union which will prevent the clipping from happening.
That tho will require some editing to the union and images since right now the card image covers the whole card and the union is rotated 90 degrees which causes the image to be rotated.

Okay thanks, I will move the decal away from the union to now to prevent clipping. I will get new decals made in the future that will cover the entire card. Thanks a lot!
