How come studio draw distance is so low? When I've maxed my graphics settings?

In the background you can see it’s not rendering the other side of my structure. I never had this issue before.

that property is for when you’re in edit mode, not playtesting
to increase graphics quality do it through the esc menu

A bit off topic, but be aware that if you use copyrighted material like Kmart and Little Caesars your game may get removed due to DMC violations.
