ive been stuck on this for mutiple days heres a link to the video im using for refrence, the effect im talking about is near the middle with confetti comes falling down how could i make that effect?

i thought mabye it was made with particle but you cant use them with a viewport. any help with this would be apperciated.

That looks like its a viewport with loads of parts unanchored then de spawning
