How could I effectively advertise this game without it sounding "bland", or something like that?

So, I’ve released my most recent Roblox game: CoreOS.

But you see, from the outside looking in, it seems “boring” and “bland”. (For context, it’s a recreation of an operating system within Roblox). Like, how would I express the features of the game within an Advertisement, and not make it look boring? (Because lets be real, how much fun have you had using Windows or MacOS on the daily). Or should I keep it to sponsors?

Thanks for any responses in advance.

Also, I’m not too sure whether this’d fit in here, or game design support, so please tell me if I’ve put it in the incorrect one.

It’s a cool project, but to be completely honest, there’s not really any way I see it being able to sustain players. There isn’t anything entertaining to do and I doubt it would have players coming back because of how little there is to do.

Could you think of any method to sustain players?

I mean, you’d have to make it more of a game if you want players to play it. Nobody is exactly grinding Windows for hours on end.

You’re not going to sustain players, but you can definitely make it opensource and ask for donations/make it paid source access

Actually, you could allow users to code apps and monitor their environment so they can’t do anything bad.

So pretty much a Roblox Linux?

Also, not to go off topic, but you’ve given me a new game idea, lol.
