Hello everyone! This is my first post, and my first time asking for help on the forum, so I hope this is the right category. So, I am making a serious roleplay game, but I think this entrance looks a bit too bland.
Lower down the Neon Color’s brightness, perhaps make it blue to fit Coldness colors. Same goes with the light sources.
Futuristic design are hard to explain, I usually tend to just use references like google. “Roblox Future” and such.
I’ve seen some games have a cool entrance and exit system where you enter it closes the door and scans you around, but that’s more script-wise.
You could throw some emergency buttons around, perhaps electrical boxes, ventilation around in general, randomly shaped geometrical holes and perhaps a glass wall with circuits and cables inside
Thank you! I’ll think about the floodlight color for a bit, but I will try my best to add in some decorative (and possibly interactive) design.
For the entrance/exit system, I was thinking of keycards and stuff, so I’ll need some scripting assistance with that. (I’m sure my friends will help).
Though could you clarify what you meant by “randomly shaped geometrical holes”, and “a glass wall with circuits and cables inside”? Thank you.
Randomly shaped holes;
For example Hexagons or Octagons, just to get rid of the fact how flat the walls are.
Perhaps even to that combination adding a floor tile, some warnings and such could improve that sort of decor.
As for circuits inside glass walls, it matters what sort of future game it is. The cables are just to represent that the mechanisms are with cables inside them a small little detail of information for the game.
With that idea of cables you could also make a specific rooms with broken cables that was locked off for future revamp purposes(not literally).
There, added something similar. It’s not the best, but I think the entrance looks more decorated and filled, not just an empty hallway with a blast door at the end.
