How could I recreate a fresnel effect like this?

I’m currently working on a game, and I was wondering if its possible to recreate an effect like this, I’ve tried forcefields, but that doesn’t exactly get the effect I’m going after.

Maybe a billboard GUI? what are you making it for?

An orb item for a quest type thing.

Use the forcefield material in studio. It should give a similar effect.
Possible layering a couple over each other, or using like glass + forcefield. Might make it look more dense.

Glass may have similar effects. To magnify the effect change the properties EnvironmentDiffuseScale and EnvironmentSpecularScale in Lighting
