how could I upload a 15 Minutes sound (14:46) to Roblox studio, my sound is white noises

Well, I don’t know why you need 15 minutes of white noise, but if you speed up the sound in an audio editing software, you can then slow it down with playback speed in Roblox.

You’d be better off just looping a shorter audio.
