So I see theres a custom playerlist in pls donate
And when you click view theres also this little toggle here and you can teleport to the player
Im trying to figure out if this stuff (especially the view) is a module or something or they made it? i think ive seen it before but I just cant figure it out

That is simply a custom leaderboard that the creator made himself. There aren’t any modules affiliated with it I think. You should look into custom leaderboards if you want to mimic this, there are quite a couple of tutorials on YouTube!
