How do Blender units relate to studs

So I want to start using blender to enrich my builds with more complex shapes in Roblox Studio. But to not make my workflow incredibly slow, I would like to have the Blender units system match the Studio studs system, so that I can easily import meshes at the correct place

In this post I read that 1 Blender unit = 100 studs. But is this still true?
To test it I made a 1x1 studs part in Studio, and then I imported it to blender. From what I can see, the part perfectly fits the grid and the dimensions are 1m x 1m.

So is it still necesary to change anything to the Blender unit system? From what I see it’s already perfect by default. If anyone could clarify on this that would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Edit: I might have changed the blender settings a long time ago and just forgotten about it, but I doubt that’s the case.

I think that 1 Blender unit is indeed 1 Stud, however for some reason if you export your model as an fbx, suddenly 1 Blender unit is 100 studs. That’s why it is usual to export .fbx models at 0.01 scale (in the export menu).
When exporting .obj, the studs should match blender units.

However if you have changed the settings before I can’t be sure if it’s the same for you…

Ohh yeah in the post I linked they indeed export as fbx while I export as obj. That’s probably why it’s different. So to keep it simple I will just use obj groups to import into roblox studio.
Thanks a lot!

(And yes even with my settings fbx models are huge)
