I do not believe this is possible yet, it’s either a TC with friends in a personal place or a TC with approved group members.
My recommendation would be to have your friends join said group and promote them to a rank that has access to edit group places.

Actually, it is possible, if the game is published to the group, anyone that has permission to create and edit group games can join as long as @Super_GamerLoko turns on Team Create in studio.
They simply join by editing the game.

You can add anyone to a Team Create in studio as a Roblox Beta Member, as I have done it before.
