How do i add this "FloatingValueInput?"

Hello, I am wondering how to add this thing called “FloatingValueInput”. It would appear on my main account in studio, but on my main modelling account, it’s absent and makes it harder for me to scale and move my parts, if anyone knows how to add this, please let me know.

I’m late but you have to enable the new dragger beta in the beta features tab.
