How do I advertise correctly?

I’m thinking of spending 10K robux on ad credits to start off.

I have no idea how many ad credits I should spend per day, and how long the ads should run for. My game has pretty good engagement so I’m expecting to it to well.

Where do I even start with this? Do I spend like 1K for 10 days? Or what else do I do?

It really depends on current engagement and the type of game it is. The alg normally takes 2 weeks to pick-up a game. For example, if its a very niche game I’d suggest running off search.

Well it’s based off a popular trend, and there is only 1 of the games right now. So I’d say it’d do really well.

Can you please show me the game? It would be easier to tell you if I knew the game posting the link would be very helpful!

Gotcha, I’d say run it as a game sponsor then where it shows up on the main page. If you have a small budget spread it out around a week.

Some people are saying do it all over the weekend, 3 days, 12 credits per day. That could be a good choice, but it could die off on monday, or others will overlap mine.

If it’s garage drifters, then yes it’ll do well.

2k for 15 days would be enough, all you need is to reach the algorithm

ads is just fast players. playtest playtest to increase the retention metrics. majority of your traffic should be organic and coming from platforms like youtube & x

I want everyone to know I did 15,000 robux on ads, 7k over weekend, another 8k over weekend, got only 4k visits. Had really good promotion and playtime of like 13 minutes on average, in the 90th percentile, and yet only 4,000 visits and now 0 concurrent players.

Roblox really sucks at this…

You didn’t spend enough, i said 2k for 15 days and that was a small budget aswell, i should’ve said 4k for 20 days. You need to reach the algorithm, you know you’ve reached the algorithm if you type drift on search and your game comes up in the top 10 games with the keyword drift. Backrooms drift is 4th.
