Hello, I need help figuring out why players in my game do not have their custom animations for their character.
I already have custom animations enabled in studio, I have no idea what I am missing.
If someone could tell me where else I need to enable it to get it to work, that’d be very helpful. Thanks!

I guess you have to allow Player Choice on for that? However if you are talking about custom Animations YOU made, you need to script some things for that.

I am talking about the player’s animations they can put on in the avatar editor. (ex: ninja walk, zombie walk, etc).
I thought enabling it in the settings would be enough but it isn’t.

I think it’s probably because you are in Studio (sometimes Studio acts a little bit funny), I think if you test it in the actual game it should work.

I have tested it in the actual game.

~UPDATE~
I publish the same exact game to a different slot, the player choice animations work. Does not work in the main game slot though. Still not sure what I am missing.

Then I am not really sure, maybe file a bug report? (or just change to #help-and-feedback:platform-usage-support )

SOLUTION FOUND:
You have to change the animation setting to “Standard” and publish it.
Then you set it back to “Player Choice” and publish it again.
Very silly bug.
