I’m wondering if it’s possible to change the size of a free model. I tried the sizing tool but to no avail. Is there a way to do so?
Mind elaborating, please? I don’t get what you are trying to say exactly by resizing a free model
The model may have a Mesh
instance on it. You can either convert it to a MeshPart
instance or go into the Mesh Instance and change the Scale
property of it.
Ok, I’ll try. sorry I took so long to respond, had to do something else.
Yeah its not working with this specific model. I’ll just make my own mesh and get it the size I need. Thanks anyways!
like so its too big for how I want the model, is there a way to make it smaller? I did not create the model btw. I found it in the toolbox.
You simply just resize the model to another size.
hmm… I think I’m doing it wrong.
yeah, just resize the model
also there is plugin if studio tools are not working great: model resize plugin by DaMrNelson
This might help
https://web.roblox.com/library/143613186/Model-Resize-Plugin-2-1-DRAG-TO-RESIZE
It isn’t the most reliable but it gets the job done.
Sometimes it plays around with the parts inside the model
This happens to all models btw. Also you might have to use a resizing plugin for this: Model Resize Plugin 2.1 [ DRAG TO RESIZE! ] - Roblox
Oh sweet, it worked! thank you!
