I was wondering if there is a way to tilt shadows, change their angle, maybe stretch them a little bit, something like that. I know I can use Clocktime or GeographicLatitude to change the angle, but it changes my sun/moon position as well. All I want to change is the shadows, that’s it.
You can change the time in your lighting

Shadows are absence of light, they are formed when an object is in the path of the rays of light and the object does not let the light pass through. This means that angles and position of shadows are based on the object and the light source. You can not change the angle of a shadow without changing the position of the light source (the sun), since of course, it would not really look realistic (just imagine that the sun is above you and the shadow is in your right, lol).
One thing you can do to get this effect is change the position of the sun until you get the angle of the shadow that you want. Then, remove the texture of the sun so it would be hidden. After you hide the sun, create a skybox that has a fake sun and then put it on where you want it to be (without changing the angles of shadows)
