How do i change the lighting of my flashlight?

i am making a horror game an d i want the light of my flashlight to look just like the one from roblox specter(my favorite roblox horror game).

In Lighting you can change Technology to Future, although the flashlight will be beautiful with 3 graphics settings

Try adding a spot light to the bulb and adjust the angle.
