How Do I Create a 2D game thats actually 3D

I’m making a game where some of the vfx are 2d and it conveys the idea pretty good but I would like for the models to look 2D as well. I know there are some tutorials on how to make 3D objects look 2D in blender, but before I put work in to make it I wanted to know if when I import the model into Roblox it will look the same. Similar to the video below. Thanks.

Probably best if you provide an example of the visual style; there are lots of ways to intepret what you’re asking, most of which are probably not what you envision.

i dont think this is scripting support as much as it is #help-and-feedback:art-design-support, you could probably get a nonshaded effect using pbr materials but idk how those work

ik some games will have neon objects with a Bloom object with an Intensity value of 0 to avoid the glow but idk how well that’ll work with meshes

So you can actually insert a bloom in a part? And also thanks I was kind of unsure where this post should go I usually use Scripting Support so I didn’t know.

oh, no, you’d have it in lighting; i imagine it gets hard to work with though. roblox doesn’t really have shaders so you’re very limited

Oh ok that wouldn’t work in my instance though because there are some parts that need to glow but thanks.
