How do i create a spiral kind of camera zoom effect

So I’m trying to create a tween for the camera where there is this kind of distortion effect with a kind of spiral inside. I don’t have a video of it but I assume you know

roblox currently does not support distortion by polar co-ordinates yet so the best you can do is try to fake it.

How will I be able to do that exactly?
