I’m currently working on a modern glass house and am looking to install a swimming pool onto a flat surface, like this one:

Blender or roblox? Roblox just make 4 parts as the edges and make it like a wall. That’s about it. Blender, extrude it down.
Just like @Jaudr3y said, 4 parts as the edges, part on the bottom of the pool and then I recommend this great plugin for working with terrain, you can make a part that fills the inside of the pool and then use the plugin to turn that part into swimmable terrain water.
