How do I create my own VFX stuff?

Note: I already looked for stuff like this and for the life of me could not find any!

So I recently found this VFX pack and it contains loads of VFX meshes, I was wondering how I can create my own of these cause by golly are they cool! Their are so many weird shapes and stuff that looks like it’d be difficult to just straight up hand model so I am wondering if there is another way to go about it.

So how can I create my own VFX meshes?

Use things like blender, and then you can play and animate them in roblox

Ok but like the actual modeling process? Cause I’ve been using blender for a long while so I already know how to do that.
