How do i disable part snapping?

i want to disable the grid snapping to parts thing in roblox but i can’t

ive tried looking in selection in studio settings but ive found nothing
and ive tried disabling Dragger QoL improvements but that disabled everything else that was good about it

In the model tab in the top bar, there is a toggle for it.
