How do i disable this "position in line" of my game

when you enter in my game with roblox, and theres another player playing, it gets me on a line, like it is waiting the other player to leave before i enter, but the server size of the game places is 200 for now…

also, the starter place is set to 1 player count

but as my knowledge of it goes, im with the thinking, that this is supposed to mean how much players per server will be the max, and thats right, but not “players per whole experience at time”
