How do I do the phantom forces reticle?

How do I make that cool 3D looking reticle without the surface gui popping out of the scope?

Nvm all I had to do was get better at scripting. (Dang this was almost two years ago?)

Did you figure out how to use viewport frames?

I’m assuming you’re talking about scopes, so no. Viewport frames are not the way to go. Trust me, I’ve tried too many times. They have no lighting, no shadows, no terrain, and you can’t put effects of any kind in them.
I did however use viewport frames for the one scope I made which used glass, but viewport frames shouldn’t be used for that either. What you want to use is a surface gui, a canvas group inside that with a ui corner, and script a couple of image labels so that they follow the cameras relative position.
