When I enter Roblox studio in the app instead of on the website because I’m banned it puts me in an endless loading screen how do I bypass this so I can edit my game while banned?

You can’t bypass this. You need to have full access to your account to be able to retrieve your game from Roblox, so you’ll need to wait to be unbanned.
if you had saved your game as a place file, then edited it with a diff account, it would have worked fine. once you were done, just save to file and once unbanned open it with main account.
