How do I exceed the highlight limit?

I’m trying to make a map game, using highlights to outline all of these provinces
However, there is a limit to how many highlights can exist at a time, as you can see below:

I tried grouping them all and highlighting them all together, but then it ends up like this:

i get the same result if I put the highlight in the Workspace.

please help i dont want to manually outline every province
(oh and please ignore the horrendous borders, i hate them as well but i have to live with it)

I think the limit is 25 and it cannot be changed. I don’t know if roblox plans to increase the limit.

The current limit on Highlights is 31 highlights and there is no way to override this.
One possible way to do this is creating a part behind every area and putting a highlight in it with the depth mode set to occluded.

Then you could barely separate each area to have the lines show through
