I don’t really know how to use Blender, but since nobody has tried to help you yet, I think what you have to do is figure out how to save the ‘UV Map’ as a png file. Then upload that to roblox as a decal and put that into your mesh’s textureID field.

You need to use a color palette as an image texture instead of using the color feature in Blender as it won’t work for exporting. Search online: “How to Use a Color Palette in Blender” . Or something like that anyways.
If you are using an image for your base color, then try exporting as .fbx. This should automatically use the base color as the texture for the object. If this does not work, try uploading the texture image as a decal to Roblox and setting the texture id of your mesh to the id of the decal.
