How do I fill this tunnel in?

I’m currently trying to make a tunnel with a filling inside of it. And for over 30 minutes now I’ve been stuck on trying to fill this in.

I’ve tried wedges, plugins, and none of them are helping me. Any help?

Gap fill plugin? Works perfectly fine

Get a part and stick a cylinder on top of it.

use a cylinder and a square

If you have blender you can fill it in there.

Tunnels normally don’t have fillings so I don’t know what your trying to do. Do you have an example?
