Is is possible to fill up this corner?
I’d recommend using the GapFill plugin - just click both the wedge edges with the plugin active and it should fill without any problems.

I know you found a solution to this already but you can also add a default part called a corner wedge,
Right Click on your Workspace and click Insert Object
Then search for a corner wedge
And this can be put in that part of your build
You also need to consider the fact that CornerWedgeParts have a square base, and this needs to be placed above the side of a wedge, which is triangular. A CornerWedgePart can’t be used without an overhang.

Admittedly, OP could use a union at the overhang, but this probably wouldn’t look right either.
