Our team is currently appealing the game after it got banned for having blood in it (rated 13+ btw). After we fully removed every asset that associated with blood (even unused blood decals), roblox support has hit us with this:
Our game doesn’t even have anything named StatusUI, I suppose it’s meant to be our system messages UI?
I’m really confused why roblox support now thinks that some TextLabel or Frame is now M**phine, please help us
Yeah, it was our mistake. We forgot to set the age recommendation, that’s why we removed it for now. They force us to either make the game 17+ (our gore isn’t even combat warriors level) or remove the assets. Theres one of our old videos demonstrating the blood system:
I’d look somewhere else.
This warning states primarily that there is the word Morphine in a Blood spatter tool. It doesn’t mention anything about having blood spatter in the game (@TimeFrenzied), just what sounds like a tool named blood spatter (it gets a bit vague in that description).
It doesn’t appear that Cameron uses English as their first language since there are quite a few errors in their text. They use VERY specific terminology about “StatusUI” and Morphine though.
What happens when you use the Explorer Search tool (top of Explorer window) and type in StatusUI? It may be a Gui from a free model Tool that someone tried while editing the game but deleted without deleting the Gui. It sounds like it may have been a medkit type of tool. You’ll probably say that ‘we don’t have a medkit’, but the fact Cameron mentions Morphine leads me to believe that’s why your game got banned.
Did you search the Explorer window?
It may not hurt just in case. I’ve read of cases where a place was banned, appealed and unbanned, then banned again a short time later.
Better to be safe than sorry. One of your team members may have a plugin that was compromised, or inserted a free model to try something out, then didn’t see that an item got put or dragged into some service that you wouldn’t normally search in.
No, the game is fully clear and none of my team members had any malicious plugins installed. I believe it’s just an error in roblox support, we currently don’t have any problems with the game except that it’s dead after the first deletion.
That’s a serious accusation, not sure why you are so stubborn. This email is infact real, I even recorded a video so personally YOU can believe it. I really don’t understand why you would speak like that on devforum. Hope you never speak again on this forum with your accusations.
