How do I fix the feet sliding in this R15 animation?

I made an R15 punch animation, but the legs slide and I’m not sure how to fix it. If you know what I should do to fix it, please let me know. Other feedback is also welcome.

Add subtle movements, try using a reference.

I’m not sure what you mean “fix” but I could guess that you’re trying to say “Help me make a punch like this without feets sliding”. I will suggest you some videos what to base you punch on or how you would “fix” the sliding of the feets.
