The shadows inside my building are choppy and horrible. How do i fix this? Is there any way to make them better or do i have to turn off shadows?

I recommend using SurfaceLights in the wall or ceiling to smoothen out the dark spots or experimenting with disabling the shadows of certain surfaces.
This has been an issue of illumination for a long time in Roblox, only regularly fixed by making the shadows “Future” or a higher quality which is simply stupid for such thing.

I have tried future lighting, it has 0 effect on it. Very disappointed in the shadow engine but it is what it is…
You have to make the walls thicker. 4 should be enough, but even this has a chance of not working.
Change lighting setting properties. A lot of them could cause this sometimes, but the simplest method is the thicken the walls and see if that works. Not fat, just extend.
