How do i fix this scale bug?

I have gotten this issue with the scale for months now, its annoying and i need to know how to fix it.
I’ve tried searching it up and nothing.

Have you considered reinstalling studio?

Not sure if this will help, but when my scale is acting up. I go to the model tab and click reset.
