could someone teach me how I gain access to create UGC items

Your going to need to be approved by Roblox themselves, some people make concepts through the year so when the applications open up, people submit those concepts, and Roblox looks at it and decides whether you’re qualified enough.

Currently, you cannot.
Wait until the UGC Catalog applications come out so you can apply for it.
Then Roblox will select certain developers who will be able to create UGC items.
Once again, the applications are currently closed. You cannot gain access right now.
