Today this random Text thing pops up, and know it is completely hard to script is there any way to turn this off?

Press “Insert”. Don’t worry, all scripters do this and I’m sure all scripters want to delete their “Insert” key.
That’s supposed to emulate command lines from older computers, not sure why anyone needs it though. This used to be the default way of typing in old programs (maybe not Studio), hence why it’s called “Insert” for the “Insert” mode we type in. (Insert key - Wikipedia)

I ripped mine off my keyboard. 
You wouldn’t believe how many scripts I’ve accidentally mowed through because of that key.

Really? I just destroyed the entire right side off my keyboard with a saw.
Just kidding, but yeah this is such an annoying feature.
